Capstone Climbing & Adventure
Capstone Climbing and Adventure is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Concord, North Carolina. We offer adventure programs and trips for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Our mission is to promote healthy human connections through outdoor adventure. We help people change their lives, challenging them to go beyond perceived limits, build stronger communities, and learn through outdoor adventure.
We work with human service organizations, schools, businesses, families, ministry groups, and other non-profit organizations. Capstone relies on support from volunteers, trainees, community partnerships, grant makers, corporate sponsors, donors and many others in order to accomplish the mission of our organization.
We offer ropes course activities, canoeing/kayaking, rock climbing, hiking/backpacking, camping and many other outdoor adventure opportunities within 1-3 hours drive of the Charlotte-metro area. We can also bring our programming to your location. When feasible, Capstone utilizes young people who have completed our student training program to assist in facilitating various programs and adventures.
